Q: How long does it take to get information back once we have requested it?

A: We process 5 records every hour between Monday and Friday, 9am until 5pm. You can see where the queue is up to by visiting the Requestors Queue

Q: What if I want my requested record instantly?

A: There are 2 ways you can do this;

1. You just need to agree to either having your requests details that you enter (Your name, reason, and status) to be attached as part of the original request record, and viewable as part of the record that you are requesting
2. You create 2 Contact Details of Names of People to be inserted in our namessite repository. Your details will not be published on the site, unless you select that option.

If you don't want to do either of these, you will just need to wait for the standard processing of records to be done.
